Job Responsibilities
• Plan, guide, direct and overseas all financial aspects of the business and drive the financial strategy to ensure all business objectives are met.
• Develop and prepare the budgets for the Division by considering its long term/ short term goals and strategies. Ensure Divisions performance as per the budgets by highlighting and escalating any deviations and taking corrective measures.
• Handle the preparation of the Financial and Management accounting reports in time and brief the leadership team of any concerns or risks.
• Evaluation, negotiation and recommendation on projects and new product lines and business opportunities
• Establish accurate forecasting processes to forecast weekly monthly and annual results/ cash flows that enable the formulation of informed strategies. Evaluate all new business opportunities/events introduced by the leadership team to ensure viability of the project.
• Ensure sound cash flow is maintained for working capital and development projects. Also ensure timely debt collection from clients
The Individual
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance Management and/or a professional qualification in ICASL/CIMA or equivalent.
• At least 1— 2 years of working experience in a Manufacturing and Projects oriented Organization.
• Be able to work under minimum supervision.
• Knowledge of Quick books will be an added advantage.
• Aged around 35 years.
• Those residing around Sapugaskanda will be preferred.
