Customer Service Associate
Location — Bandaranaike International Airport
Job Profile
– Responsible for serving frontline customers in order to meet their requirements while maintaining the service
level standards
– Execution of promotional tasks assigned at customer care desks
– Responsible for processing the daily collections of the branch and reporting on daily basis
– Promote sales for the customers and achieve the set targets
– Update internet payment gateway transactions on a daily basis
– Ensure compliance with internal controls of the company
Candidate Profile:
– A good track record of secondary education
– Excellent communication skills and pleasing personality with Customer care “at heart“
– Good knowledge in MS office applications will be an added advantage
– Experience in customer service and fair knowledge of book keeping and bank reconciliations
– Candidates from the designated location are encouraged to apply
– Willingness to work on shift basis is a must
– Should be below the age of 28
