Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English
• Be able to follow instructions
• Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
• Be familiar with the workings of the internet
• Ability to grasp new information fast
• Work easily under pressure
• Be flexible to work during the day and/or night
• Have a friendly disposition when engaging customers
