Job Profile:
• Provide speedy and accurate solutions to customer queries
• Deliver happiness with the best care to customers with professional service standards
Qualifications:
• A high proficiency of written & spoken English & Sinhala (Knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage)
• Compulsory experience in call centre/customer service
• Should be below 28 years of age
• Computer literacy, in MS Office
Personal Attributes and Skills:
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Full focus on attention to detail
• Possess very good phone etiquette
• Willingness to work on roster basis
