Associate Systems Engineer

The Job:

As a member of our Sales and Marketing Team you need to actively research potential clients and pursue new business relationships, obtain dient requirements and prepare business development strategies tailored to the targeted customer, whilst maintaining and developing existing customers and their requirements.

The role includes the following:

• Installation, customizing, troubleshooting and roll-out ATM software
• Error handling, error escalation and software maintenance
• Identifying basic hardware errors and fixing
• Support pre-sales, sales and services teams on self service products and solutions

Qualification and Experience:

• You should possess a Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
• Knowledge & experience in installation, configuration and remote support for Windows
• Experience in designing basic graphics for ATMs
• Sound knowledge in IT Systems with strong communication skills in the English Language
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity
• Preferably 21-25 years of age

You must be a smart, self•motivated individual together with an intuitive marketing abilities and a passion to work with diverse groups of people.

Ability to build excellent relationships with our prestigious customers and the skill to work independently in a challenging and fast-paced environment is a must.
