Assistant Manager – Human Resources
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM or equivalent from a recognized body/university
• Knowledge & Skills in manpower planning, recruitment, Training & Development procedure, salaries & wages management, performance appraisal system and disciplinary procedures
• Should be fully conversant with all aspects of industrial labour laws and must be familiar with all modern HR strategies and procedures.
• Possesses at least 10 years of experience in HR out of which 2 years in a similar capacity.
• Experience working with a HRIS & conversant with MS office applications
• Good command of English & Sinhalese, both written and spoken is a must
