Technical Lead – UI (JavaScript)
This position is for an individual with a proven track record working on front end technologies in the delivery of complex business solutions. The right individual will help develop engaging, slick user interfaces, develop framework tools and components and help design the front end architecture of multiple products.
You will be expected to:
■ Help define a re-usable and scalable front end software architecture
■ Convert designs into frontend code
■ Ensure optimal data flow between application backend and the user-facing frontend.
■ Write clean, optimized, well documented and testable front end code, delivering a rock-solid, high quality user experience
■ Collaborate with team and take ownership of deliverables
Requirements:
■ Minimum 3 years industry experience as a Web developer in designing and developing HTML5/JavaScript /CSS3 web applications
■ Experience working with Local Storage, Web Sockets/SignalR and Caching, to improve client side experience
■ Experience working with emerging client-side dynamic JavaScript libraries or MVVM pattern, with at-least 1 year experience on Angular JS
■ Institute and adhere to best practices and ability to write great UI Code
■ Knowledge/Experience working with SASS, Grunt, LESS, Bower etc
■ Experience with responsive web design
■ Experience in using web services (SOAP/XML) and REST services (JSON/XML) and OData
■ Experience working in a Agile environment and using JIRA
■ Excellent oral and written communication skills
■ Good team player
