Support Services Executive
Capital Media are the publishing company behind Echelon, Sri Lanka’s most impactful business and business lifestyle magazine. We are a fast growing firm and this has created a new position in support services.
We are seeking a high-calibre individual to join our exciting and innovative media company. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to progress your career.
Responsibilities:
• Some finance administration and management including invoicing and accounts receivable
• Human resources admin responsibilities
• Office and facilities management
• Overseeing magazine subscriptions and distribution
Skills and experience
• Some experience in an administration or support services role
• Strong IT skills
• Good communication skills both in writing and on the phone.
• Loads of energy, confidence and stamina.
• Able to contribute in a fast paced and creative environment.
• Be someone who can take initiative and get the job done.
