Software Tester

Job Responsibilities:
– Reviewing and contributing to the development of test plans.
– Analysing, reviewing and assessing user requirements, specifications and models for testability.
– Creating test specifications from the test basis.
– Setting up the test environments (often coordinating with the IT Department).
– Preparing and acquiring/copying/creating test data.
– Implementing tests on ail test levels, executing and logging the tests, evaluating the results and documenting the deviations from expected results as defects.
– Using test administration\management, test monitoring tools and test automation tools as required.
– Where required, running the tests and measuring the performance of components and systems.
— Computer Science Degree or related.
– Good problem solving skills with attention to details
– Good written & communication skills
– Test automation experience is highly desirable, including experience of Test Automation tools and techniques (e.g. Selenium, Robot Framework, etc.)
– A basic understanding of SQL as welt as programming skills would be beneficial.
– “Think outside the box” & “Can do” attitude!
