Senior Software Engineer – iOS & Android (Sri Lanka)

You will be part of a growing team of developers based in Colombo and Sydney. We’ll be growing our existing suite of internal and consumer products, as well as working on some major new areas that will significantly expand our business, within Australia and internationally.
Responsibilities:
– Experience in mobile hybrid technology stack using React Native & designing stateless components in React Native.
– JavaScript, React Native framework with deep understanding of data structures, threading, and performance tuning.
– iOS technology stack including Swift and Objective-C with Xcode or Android platform.
– RESTful APIs to connect the applications to back-end services.
– Cloud messaging APIs and push notification frameworks.
– Knowledge on latest Architecture trends, Design Pattems, iOS and Android design principles and interface guidelines along with a strong exposure to Object Oriented Programming concepts
– Translate & implement product requirement to perfection using hybrid mobile programming stacks: React Native.
– Deliver best-in-class code across a broad array of interactive mobile products.
– Eye on continuous improvement of the products features through innovation and learning.
Competencies:
– Minimum 3-8 years of industry experience in mobile programming and mobile hybrid technologies.
– Prior experience working on high visibility, high traffic mobile products/applications will be an advantage.
– Preferably, BE/B. Tech from IITs/Top NITs/Tier-One schools or any graduate with a PG in IT/CS, but not a constrain.
