We’re looking for an organized and well experienced Sales Manager with the following:
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong proven track record
• Strong customer service and reputation management knowledge and experience
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• A strong proven track record/portfolio of experience
• A brilliant command of English
Your role, as Part of an integrated team that includes planning and implementation will be to:
• Business development and ability to close sales
• Negotiating and selling skills must be on point
• Be motivated to bring in leads and close sales successfully
• Set achievable sales goals and daily duties ensuring completion with proven results
• Strategy and administration capacity a must
