We are a 90 roomed 3 Star Hotel owned and managed by Berjaya Hotels & Resorts which has over 18 Hotels in Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Philippines, Seychelles, London etc. and is also a subsidiary of Berjaya Group of Companies, a public listed Malaysian conglomerate with businesses in financial service, hotels, resorts, property investment & development, games & lottery management, environmental services, clean technology investment, motor trading & distribution, food & beverage, investment holding and others.
Berjaya Hotel Colombo has undergone a major refurbishment program recently and is pleased to invite qualified & experienced individuals to join the Executive Team.
Sales Manager (Male / Female) – Age below 45 years
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a pleasant personality.
The successful candidate should possess:
– Minimum of 2 year experience in similar capacity or 3 year experience as Asst. Sales Manager in a recognized Tourist Hotel.
– Close contacts with Travel Agents, Corporates, NGOs etc. to achieve targets for rooms and banquet revenue.
– Should be able to work in a computerized environment.
– Target oriented individual with excellent organizational, communication, negotiation & problem solving skills.
* Professional qualifications in Marketing from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
* Possession of a valid driving license would be an advantage.
Assistant Sales Manager (Male / Female) – Age below 35 years
We are looking for a smart young person with pleasing personality.
The successful candidate should possess:
– Minimum of 1 year experience in similar capacity or 2 year experience as a Sales Executive in a reputed organization.
– Ability to work in a computerized environment.
– Self-motivated person who could achieve given targets.
* Possession of a valid driving license would be an advantage.
