Operation Manager

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the above post with the following qualifications.

Scope / Job Description and Responsibility:

• Ability to manage and Coordinate multiple project sites
• Responsible for the overall financial performance of company projects
• Enforce Risk Management practices at all necessary levels
• Promotes and manage project teams in design-build best practices
• Responsibilities include client interface, client satisfaction, contract administration, cost estimates, Proposals, project financial management, purchasing and schedules, enforcement of quality control, and site safety, health, and substance abuse programs, developing and maintaining project records and project documentation, preparing reports and providing required input to corporate management.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Civil Engineer in a recognized University
• Membership in the Institute of Chartered Engineers will be value addition
• Proper knowledge about the Primavera and MS project

Experience:

• More than 15 years experience and minimum 5 years experience in the Similar capacity Apply within 10 days of this advertisement.
