The Group markets its teas under the Dilmah Brand. We now wish to recruit a high calibre individual to join Sri Lanka’s leading international brand as:
Management Trainee (Customer Services / Export Operations)
* Applicants should be between 23-27 years of age and have a professional qualification in Marketing or a Degree in
Business Management/Ad ministration.
* Excellent English communication skills both written & spoken with good MS Office skills as well as exposure to internet/email are pre-requisites for this position.The training period will be for a maximum of two years during which an attractive allowance will be paid.On successful completion of the training period the Trainee will be appointed as an Executive of the company in the areas of Customer Services or Export Operations.
