Following lob skills are required:-
1) Ability to prepare operation breakdowns for Costing.
2) Technical knowledge in apparel manufacturing (attachments & folders)
3) Innovative thinking
4) Knowledge in lean manufacturing
5) Knowledge in IT (MS office)
6) Leadership skills
7) Negotiation skills
8) Ability to work as a team
9) Fluent Knowledge in English
Fob Responsibilities:
1) Select most suitable method for style file.
2) Arrange special machine requirements.
3) Innovations to reduce costed SMV’s.
4) Share best practices throughout the group.
5) Deliver costing & Style files on time.
6) Carry out operation standardization project.
