Junior Accountant

The Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ Years of experience in accounting and finance preferably in a BPO organization.
• Part or fully qualified in CA/CIMA/ACCA or undergraduate/degree holder in commerce or business management and finance from a reputed University.
• Strong numoracy and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in the use of packages like Xero.MYOB, and OB.
• Proven ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to Australian Accounting will be an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills is a must for this role with the knowledge on the following. (V/H/X Lookups.
IF AND OR Functions. Pivot tables. Index matching. Power Query)
Covering not limited to following scope of work.
• Undertake bank reconciliations and end-of-month accounting journals.
• Reconcile balance sheet and P&L items with respective work papers.
• Collate and record source data information accurately in client accounting systems.
• Review and analyze financial data of client organizations.
