Human Resource Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain good relations with employees at all levels through effective communication.
• Address and resolve employee issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Monitor employee attendance Sr absentees.
• Maintain employee files & admin records in good order.
Basic Requirements:
• Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized University/ Institution.
• More than five years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Fluency in English & Sinhala is essential.
• Computer literacy.
• Age between 30-40 years.
• Pleasing personality with excellent PR skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
Remuneration and other terms and conditions are negotiable.
