Data Entry Operator (Colombo)

You will follow standard procedures to input text or patient details, investigations & numerical data into a computer or other business machines, as well as to resolves routine questions and problems and escalate more complex issues to higher level.
Ideal candidate should have:
• Completed G.C.E A/L
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Ability to use office equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Should work on shift basis
• Knowledge on medical terminology is as added advantage
