We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative for our well reputed client company located in Boralesgamuwa.
Job Description:
– Contact Businesses or private individuals by phone
– Request for loan installment payments
– Guide the customer through the recovery process
– Maintain customer data base
– Maintain records of telephonic interactions
– Follow up with potential customers
Work attributes and qualifications
– G.C.E. A/L
– Proficiency in computer applications & call center systems
– Knowledge of customer handling principles & methods
– Prior call center experience would be an added advantage
– Female candidates Only , Age below 25
– Good communication skills in English / Sinhala / Tamil
– School leavers also can apply
Selected candidate will be paid Rs. 25,000.00 + Other Benefits per month.
