Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls, inquiries and ensure customers booking, traces are actioned as per network standards
• Provide a competent, efficient and productive point of contact for customers both internal and external
• Build trust and develop relationship with customers and internal products
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhalese
• Passed the GCE Advance Level
• Excellent Computer Literacy
• Experience in customer service and / or freight forwarding / logistics would be a distinct advantage
