Complementary Interventions Administrator
Job Summary:
The Complementary Interventions Administrator coordinates with the Partners in the development and implementation of the program element in the core programs. He/she administers CIV processes and information and fosters ongoing improvement of the quality of proposals and reporting. He/she supports the Training and Support Department in the capacity building of Partners and staff as a subject matter expert and group-level trainer.
Job requirements:
– A degree or a recognized qualification in field related Administration, Accounting or Management
– Minimum 3 years NGO experience and 2 years of administrative experience
– Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a must and Sinhala/Tamil with an emphasis in technical writing.
– Ability to network and collaborate with others
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office products (MS Word/Excel, Power point/ internet and email)
– Customer service oriented
– Ability to monitor and analyze large amounts of information and data
– Subject matter expert in development of the field with the ability to assist, support and train others
– Willingness to travel outstation frequently
– Age below 40 years
