An Australian Hotel Management Group is venturing into Sri Lanka for the launch of a Star Class Hotel GSH Colombo managed by Acostay Hotel Group of Australia, in 2013 located in the business district of Colombo.
GSH Colombo is on the lookout for dynamic individuals to now join their Food and Beverages Team.
Chef de Partie
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a 3 to 4 star class hotel.
– Good knowledge in Breakfast Service.
– Fluent in English.
– Professional qualifications in F&B operations from a recognized hotel school will be a distinct advantage.
Waiter (4 Positions)
– Previous experience of 2-3 years in a 3 to 4 star class hotel and a good knowledge in Breakfast Service.
