• Age below 35
• Should have professional qualifications in Sales and Marketing (CM. SLIM or equivalent)
• Minimum of years of experience in similar capacity with an industry experience Ability to prospect for new customers by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means and build strong relationships whilst effectively handing a portfolio of clients
• Ability to prioritize and multi task
• Contribute team effort and the leading the team
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills (both in English and Sinhala)
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
▪ Computer literacy and presentation skills would be a definite advantage
