– Must be local knowledge of local markets with wide contacts and fluency in local language is a must
– Sound knowledge of financial products and markets – debt/equity markets, mutual funds, insurance
– Ability to recruit and retain a Team

– Good Interpersonal skills

To manage a team of executives and relationship managers in a branch and generate income for the organization by acquiring and retaining customers through investment advisory. Income, profitability, customer’s acquisition in the branch would be the key success criteria

– To design a sales plan for the branch.
– To interact with preferred AMC executives and plan marketing events to promote their products
– To implement the sales plan by setting targets and monitoring the achievement of the executives.
– Design marketing activities to acquire customers.
– To train and motivate executives in the branch.
– To supervise and guide the Branch performance·
– To Manage the Branch in terms of interpersonal aspects·
– Prepare and submit sales MIS report and pursue corrective measures for any deviations from the targets.
– To take care of the operational compliance of the branch

Experience : 2 – 7 years
