Assistant Area Development Manager
Location :Colombo
Job Specification:
• Supporting the growth and development of franchisee centres in Srilanka ro Monitoring and analyzing market trends and exploring ways of improving student count in the centres Liaising and coordinating with other internal departments such as Logistics and PR for any activities
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to make expansion plans of new centres in Srilanka
• Preparing and managing budget for any promotion material for centres development
• In centre support, preparing study lessons, projections, and study plans of children
• Supporting in the parental communications by conducting meetings Conducting Assessment Test and Achievement Test as per Kumon Method at the enrollment time of child. Monitoring marking of class work and homework worksheets by centre staff and assisting if required io Finding the appropriate starting points by looking at the Diagnostic Graph. Administration of worksheets as per Kumon method
• Making class dairy every month for centres
• Preparing month end reports and helping franchisee, in preparing reports for the month end
• Timely reporting to the Area Development manager and other senior members
• Be flexible to travel for trainings, trade shows, conferences and meetings
• Be an excellent communicator and be able to respond well to pressure to think creatively
• Work well in a team and deal with a wide range of people and be organized and methodical
