We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and result oriented persons to join our team.

AQL Mangers (For Our Polonnaruwa Plants)

– Need to be an inspiring leader with the ability to ensure the highest quality levels and standards are consistently maintained.
– Must possess an impressive track record and the ability to take overall responsibility for the entire AQL audit processes of the company and the ability to train and motivate every employee in the AQL department.
– Experience in M86 AQL processes and competency to carry out M&S final product inspections accurately according to M & S Firewall procedures will be advantageous.
– Should be a good communicator and be able to ensure all quality systems and records are accurately maintained and monitored at all times to comply with the buyers’ requirements.
– Counting at least 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a recognized apparel industry you should be below 40 years of age. Possession of a degree or professional qualification in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
