Quantum Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Sri Lanka’s largest specialized qualitative research company. Quantum
specializes in operating in the emerging markets of Asia Pacific with branches in Delhi, Bangalore Calcutta, Singapore
and Bangladesh.

We seek an organized, multitasking individual who wfll handle administration and support services to the research
team at the Colombo branch.

The Role:

– To handle the all IT related work including the data back ups
– Liaising with the Indian and Singapore teams on the company matters and the regional projects
– To handle the local and international travel plans with transport and hotel booking
– Coordinate with external suppliers such as stationary, IT consultancy, equipment
– Effectively manage the equipment register and leave plan
– To overtook and supervise the minor staff on office cleanliness
– To assist the Accountant on matters such as EPF/ ETF

The Individual:

– At lease with one year experience in the same capacity
– With good organizing skills and multitasking abilities
– Males , females in the age of 25-40 yrs
– Confident and fluent in can converse in English and Sinhalal Tamil
– Excellent written skills in English
– A qualification in HR or project management would be an added advantage
– Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel and emails
