Tour Executive (02)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in reservations & operations of mostly inbound tour arrangements
• Co-ordinate in tour operation — hotel/transport bookings, reconfirmation, guide allocations etc
• Prepare tour packages and costing
• Co-ordinate bookings & reservations with H.I.S. Japan and overseas
• Customer Care
Tour Executive I -Requirements:
• Must be (N3) (Japanese language level) (Reading, Speaking, Listening & Writing)
• Must be fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
• Prior experience in travel agency will be an additional advantage.
• Ability to provide sound customer service.
• Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘A’ Levels.
• Job Location : Colombo 03.
• Salary LKR 30,000 — 50,000 (Depends on skills and experience)
• Nationality should be Sri Lankan.
• Preferable sex would be female.
Tour Executive II -Requirements
• Must be fluent in English.
