Tour Executive
Key Responsibility:
– Schedule Reservations.
– Provide customer service and relations.
– Responsible for transportation and accommodation arrangements for each tour.
– Quote and respond to Free & Easy and group tour inquiries.
– Perform other duties as directed.
– Interact and communicate with other departments regarding reservations related issues & resolve customer complaints.
Requirements:
– Seek dynamic & result oriented individual with experience of minimum one year in similar field.
– Team player with good written & oral communication skills in English.
– Internet savvy
– Highly organized in order to coordinate several tour events simultaneously.
