Technical & Product Development Manager – Avissawella
We are looking for a professional person to lead our TPD Department & should have,
– Experience on Knitted Garments.
– Deep knowledge in Maker making, Patterns & Sewing technics.
– Ability to attend any type of technical issues in sewing process.
– Ability to initiate & develop procedures to improve Quality of Product
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Education & Experience:
– 5 Years Experience in a similar capacity
– Possess Diploma or Degree in Textile management from a recognized institution
Production Manager – Trincomalee
Should have a diploma/certificate from a recognized institution (CITI/GIMI). Must have 04-05 years hands on experience in similar capacity of a reputed Knitted garment factory and capable of handling a high volume, fast moving products. Should be able to provide management visibility over work in progress, material availability and potential production problems to ensure that materials are available and provide as needed. Good communication skills in and English.
Asst Production Manager – Trincomalee
Need to have 03-04 years hands on experience in a similar capacity of a reputed Knitted garment factory and capable of handling a high volume, fast moving products. Should be able to provide management visibility over work in progress, material availability and potential production problems to ensure that materials are available and provide as needed. Good communication skills in and English.
Executive (Colour Room)
Responsible for achieving colour matching 100% accurately as per the required standards and required minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
