Senior Manager Leadership Development
Knowledge, Skills are Experience
– A degree from a recognized University or Institute (preferably in HR or Management)
– 5-6 years experience in Leadership Development and talent Management
– high degree of conceptualizing, team working, influencing, and leadership skills
– Ability to focus on the future trends and needs, think independently and after creative solutions
– Experience in leading change management initiatives
– A good ability to handle numeric and think analytically
– 30-35 years of age
Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition
Knowledge, skills and experience
– A university degree or higher diploma equivalent.
– 4-6 years experience in HRM field including Recruitment and selection area.
Ability to focus on the future trends and needs, think independently and offer creative solutions
– A good ability to handle numeric and think analytically
– 25-33 years of age
Specialist – Remuneration
Knowledge, Skills and experience
– Degree in Management / HRM / Finance. An MBA would be an added advantage.
– 2 years experience in Administering Employee Share options or experience in Stock exchange with a total of 5 years work experience.
– Systematic, Attention to detail, Analytical Skills and the ability to work under pressure.
– 30-35 years of age
