Sales Support Assistant — Sri Lanka (Ref. no. SLSSATJ)
Job Description:
The position of Sales Support Assistant will provide support on sales administration covers
Sri Lanka and Maldives market. The specific expectations are as follows:
– Provide administrative and sales support to sales team
– Handle daily operation and transaction enquiries from merdiants and manage expectations of Relationship Managers
– Analyze merchants’ transaction records and data
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for new products
– Prepare monitoring logs, letters and sales reports
– Perform other ad hoc duties as designated
Requirements
– 3 passes in Advance Level.
– Diploma in business management or related studies will have a definite advantage
– At least one year and above sales support experience
– Sales support experience in credit card business or financial services industry is a plus
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Proficiency in PC operation. Strong computer skills
– Self-motivated and adaptable to dianging conditions in the work place
– Mature and independent, able to work well with minimal supervision
– Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities
– Fluency in English and Sinhalese would be essential and Tamil an added advantage
