We are currently seeking an extremely driven, creative and a target oriented female who is able to market our products and expand our client base. The primary responsibility is to maximize the sales volume by growing the existing business, developing new business and providing the best possible customer service while enhancing The Guild’s mission to offer the highest quality and service standards in the industry.
Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives
* Maintain strong relationships with the existing customer base and develop new key accounts
* Work with designers and architects in the presentation, quotation and sale of furniture and provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients
* Present and discuss various products and services based on the lifestyle and needs of prospective clients
* Create and maintain quotations as per customer inquiries
* Monitor all open orders from placement to delivery
* Assist in developing marketing material for brand awareness
* Plan and execute marketing events to promote exiting and new products
* Maintain updated customer information including contact data, special interests, purchase history etc.
* Study market trends and gain a knowledge of all products, pricing and local competition
Minimum Requirements:
* 3-5 year experience with luxury retail/furniture sales
* Degree in interior Design or Sales/Business Management is a plus
* Energetic, highly motivated and target oriented
* Excellent communication and people skills are required
* Strong command in English both speaking and writing
* Basic computer knowledge
