We are Australia’s largest eCommerce agency with 15 offices across Australia and New Zealand.
Our team is made up of 140 strategic, creative and technical specialists who work in unison to deliver eCommerce solutions of the highest quality. Every team member is laser-focused on digital commerce and the technology ecosystem that supports it. We design, build and support large volume, highly scalable and engaging eCommerce solutions. Over the last few years we have specialised exclusively in Magento Enterprise and Hybris. Vacancies currently exist in our Netstarter Colombo Office for the above post.
Responsibilities:
– Manage projects using waterfall, iterative and agile methodologies
– Prepare, monitor and report on project budgets & schedule through to realization of the defined project benefits
– Effectively monitor and manage monthly financial forecasts against actuals
– Control and manage risks and issues, dependencies and changes in scope
– Develop and manage vendor contracts / agreements
– Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvement activities
– Guide and mentor team member for effective use of delivery process and tools such as JIRA
Experience and Skills:
– Bachelors degree in related field
– 2+ year experience in managing software development projects preferably in an Agile-SCRUM environment
– Ability to work with limited direction and under pressure, and to manage complex situations
– Ability to manage the competing demands of multiple, simultaneous projects
– Experience in a service-oriented environment
– Ability to apply analytical skill and conceptual thinking to operations and system planning across a range of technologies
– Holding PM certification such as PMP, CSM, PMI—ACP
– Exposure in to eCommerce is an advantage
