Richlife Dairies Ltd a ISO certified organization is a member of Renuka Shaw Wallace PLC. The company is a leading dairy products manufacturer of UHT Milk, Pasteurized Milk, Yoghurt, Curd & Drinking Yoghurt from 100% locally sourced milk. The company operates milk collection centers across the country collecting milk daily from a dairy farmer community of over 5000 farmers.
Procurement Manager (Packing Material and Ingredients)
To ensure production requirements for Packing Material and Ingredients are supplied at the right time with the accurate quantities within set quality parameters.
Selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Purchase of all Packing Material and Ingredients to meet production / sales targets Liaise with suppliers to meet above
• Ensure optimization of supplier pricing and trading terms
• Meet set targets on inventory management (re-order levels! stock holding days etc)
• Liaise with Research & Development to obtain required material for New Product Development
• Liaise with Stores, Finance and Quality Assurance to ensure supplier and Company requirements are met
Qualifications & Experiences:
• Degree in Science! Finance or equivalent professional qualification in related field
• Minimum of 7 years’ of experience at a senior level in purchasing in a manufacturing organization
