Job description:
Manager Operations
The Manager is accountable for overall operations from Client and employee management to managing the daily tasks of the organizations.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the day-to-day security operations of a portfolio of assigned client sites effectively and meet financial and operational goals. Building the Client base is also a responsibility.
• Manage a team of security officers, including selection, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, performance management and development. The staff payroll function is also a responsibility
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
* Proven strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Previous, military (ranked above Major) or law enforcement experience preferred
* Ability to manage employee relationships and focus on development of direct reports
* Proven ability to lead and develop a team
* Ability to make quick decisions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual)
* Minimum GCE A/L’s (preferably a bachelors or any other professional qualification)
