Job Summary:
We are seeking for a dynamic, self-motivated and results oriented candidate as the Junior Accounts Executive to do Bank %conciliation and Clearance of all suspense and receivable / Payable accounts in the general ledger
Responsibilities::
• Identifying different bank transactions
• Enter bank transaction to ERP system & knowledge of Cash Management & General Ledger Modules of ERP
• Carry out bank reconciliations in the ERP system
• Identify & highlight deviations of bank transactions and charges
• Reconcile inter company balances for fund transfer
• Maintain an organized filing system for all accounting documents
Qualifications:
• Minimum Intermediate level qualification in ICASL/ACCA/CIMA/CMA or equivalent
• Requires 2 years of experience; preferred bank reconciliation
• Proficient end user computing skills and proven application of MS Excel and Word
• Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work on own and as part of a team
