In order to meet our expansion plans, we are in the process of putting together a team of dynamic, innovative and self motivated leaders who will achieve their dreams, by developing our factories into one of the best
technology driven state of the art, Knit baby garment manufacturing cluster to achieve the corporate goal of being the leading baby garment manufacturer in the world.
Planning Executives
Should possess a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in planning with a Degree/ NDT qualification or a Diploma from a recognized Institute and be presently handling planning functions in a reputed Garment factory. Should possess a good knowledge of production process. Competence in English software applications are essential. Should have very good communication skills to maintain healthy relationships with all inter-related departments.
Merchandisers
– Should be committed & be able to lead merchandising teams working to deadlines under pressure.
– Should have an outstanding track record in an apparel industry as a Merchandiser for more than 3
years.
– Any professional qualification in the relevant field will be distinct advantage.
Production Supervisors
Must be a self-motivated leader with 01 year of minimum experience in a Knitted garment factory and capable of handling a high volume, fast moving products. Any professional qualification on production / quality will be distinct advantage.
Shipping Executive
– Should be dynamic, self-motivated and committed individuals with good interpersonal skills.
– Should have experience at least 3-5 years in the field of shipping (Import/ Export documentation).
– Should have good communication skills in English and Sinhala / Tamil and should be able to communicate effectively with all parties.
Any experience in the garment field will be distinct advantage.
