JOB PROFILE:
– Serve as a pivotal member of our Service Desk team, proactively addressing and resolving incidents, foreseeing potential extensive issues, and nurturing robust relationships with key stakeholders.
– Deliver comprehensive 1st, 2nd, & 3rd line support for a variety of IT concerns, effectively managing communications through our ticketing system, emails, and phone calls.
– Maintain stringent incident monitoring, ensuring swift and accurate resolutions that comply with SLAs, uphold exceptional quality standards, and surpass client expectations.
– Engage collaboratively with various departments, contributing significantly to the execution of remote customer projects with innovative and tailored problem-solving approaches.
PERSON PROFILE:
– In-depth technical knowledge of Windows Server platforms (2016 – 2022), including relevant systems such as
Hyper-V, NAS/SAN storage, VPN, NPS, and various network services (DHCP, DNS, etc.).
– Competency in Azure AD, 0365, Intune MDM, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and essential networking/security principles.
– Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting with RMM Tools (such as Datto RMM).
– Strong cybersecurity safeguards and understanding of GDPR compliance.
– Famillarity with data automation and analytics tools such as Power Automate and Power BI, utilizing these for operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
– Ability to work long hours when necessary
