In order to strengthen our professional Design Team, we are in search of dynamic candidates to join us as Interior Designers
Requirements:
• Male/female under 35 years of age
• Professional qualifications from a recognized Institution, preferably a degree or an undergraduate
• Minimum of one year internship experience or work experience
• Possess skills and knack on visual awareness, an eye for design
• Good knowledge & skill of 3D Max and preferably any other graphic design related software such as CorelDraw, Illustrator & Photoshop.
Responsibilities:
• Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments such as architectural preferences, purposes and functions.
• Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
• Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, and plumbers, to ensure job success.
• Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans.
• Coordinate & supervise Subcontract fabrications and installations
• Render design ideas in form of 3D designs or drawings.
