Information Security Administrator
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
* Protect the Information Systems from Security Exploitations and Vulnerabilities
* Monitor and take remedial actions for Security Issues
* Managing Information Security related equipment at Primary Datacentre and DR Datacentre
* Administration and Configuration of Firewalls and Intrusion Prevention Systems
* Administration of Active Directory, User Rights and Disk Quotas
* Monitoring of Instruction Prevention System Alerts, Security Incidents and Events, and taking necessary remedial actions
* Implementing, Managing and monitoring Antispam, Antivirus, Anti-malware system
* Security Incident Reporting and taking remedial action
* Keeping informed of security vulnerabilities and patches and advising relevant administrators
* Maintaining logs, forms and records of all Information Security Systems related activities
* Managing Security Zones and Access Policies
* Participating for Audit Reviews and providing necessary information for auditors
* Continuous update of security related information through newsletters, forums and other available media
* Maintains and upgrades technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications and through Internet
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Any other relevant duties assigned by Head of IT Operations
Minimum Qualifications:
* Degree in IT or Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent
* Qualifications or Certification on Information Security
Experience Required:
* 3 years experience in installation and administration of Next Generation Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention systems, UTM, Antivirus and Antispam system
* Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
* Experience in Microsoft Exchange Server is preferred
Specific Training and qualification desire:
* Training on Next Generation Firewalls or UTM Knowledge on Linux and Windows security, Network security and Endpoint security
* Knowledge on Linux Security is preferred
