Human Resources Development Senior Associate
EY Sri Lanka is looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic person to enhance our Human Resources Develop-ment team. Your work will include hands-on involvement in Ernst & Young’s global HR systems and processes, as well as all its local HR development activities. Liaising and communicating with local, Area and Global personnel will be a routine part of your day. You will work in a small and tightly knit unit, reporting to the Head of HRD.
Your Job role will include:
Involvement with the Firms recruitment process; Support the attraction and recruitment of the best talent to the business, preparation of advertisements for publication, scheduling job interviews ,assisting in the interview pro-cess, maintenance of the recruitment database accurately etc.
Assisting in the Firms Global Performance and Development process. Involvement with the Firms quarterly news publication. Execution of other duties which may be assigned as and when required by the Head of the Division. The right candidate should possess,
• At least 1- 2 years minimum HR experience and a part qualification in HR
• Exceptional team-working skills and the ability to multi task
• The ability to work to strict deadlines while meeting high quality expectations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and a genuine people-orientation
