Our client, a well established investment company engaged in diversified businesses in overseas as well as Sri Lanka is looking for following personnel to manage their 500 machines apperal manufacturing unit in Horana. The Company invites individuals with a sound intellect, profound inspiration and innovative flair to join the cream of the crop to take on the world.

Position: Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

Right candidate should be able manage complete Human Resource functions in the company ensuring to maintain prompt manning level in the company including disciplinary & grievance procedures. Ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines/targets. The applicant should be capable to roll out training & development functions & effective recruitment’s as per the requirement.

Position Requirements:

• A degree / professional qualification relating to Human Resource Management from a recognized university/institute with 5 years experience in similar capacity required.
• Exposure to apparel sector will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitudes, people skills and excellent grooming standards.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills in both Sinhala & English languages.
