Job Role:
– Responsible to maintain & update the HRIS and employee life cycle in the system.
– Carry out the end to end process of Talent Acquisition.
– Engage in assisting and developing competitive talent intelligence.
– Engage in employee branding activities.
– Maintain the required MIS reports related to HR & Payroll.
– Ensure to maintain a smooth Employee Exit Process and Resignation Process.
– Maintaining the role of HR Generalist.
Qualifications and Experiences:
– Should posses a Degree/Professional Qualification in HR or similar qualification
– Proven expertise as HR Generalist
– Minimum 1-2 year experience in similar capacity
– Should be highly result and target orient and ability work with minimal supervision
– Excellent interpersonal, planning, prioritizing, and problem solving skills
– Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
– High Level of computer literacy
