Jo Lanka Group is a leading garment manufacturer in Sri Lanka and currently having 1600 over staff in factories operation all over Sri Lanka. We are looking for a capable, friendly person to work with us as a HR- Executive in our Head Office, located at Colombo-6.
HR Executive
The HR Executive will be responsible for normal day to day HR functions in the Head office and he / she will attend to all documentary work which he /she will create under supervision. Further he/ she will be responsible for monitoring the daily attendance of entire group and maintaining various reports related to same.
Key Requirements:
– A Degree from a recognized university in HR and or any other expectable professional qualification in HR
– High level expertise in use of MS Office packages and HR systems
– Experience in garment industry will be added qualification
– Excellent command in English (Oral & written)
– Ability to interact with all levels of people.
