Receptionist cum Customer Caring Officer (Female)

• Should be handle MICE & Wedding functions.
• Selected candidates should posses a sound knowledge of English.
• The knowledge of IT is equally essential.
• Ability to handle customers and promote the location at Piliyandala.

Guest Relation Officer

You are the first person to meet the guest, and at the forefront of the customer service during the entire stay, and ensure their experience worth remembering.

Naturalist

You connect our guests to mother nature through your interpretation.

• Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or minimum 2 years work experience in similar capacity
• Should be a team player with very good communication skills.

Pastry Cook / Baker

• Ability to make out door traditional timber oven pizza and any type of pastries.
• Ability to manage pastry outlet at Ella.
• At least 2-3 years of proven track record and work experience in the similar capacity.
