As our new In Head Chef (live in or Out) ,you’ll lead our small kitchen in the creation of fabulous, fresh dishes that you and your Executive Chef has developed to suit your customers and international audience. You’ll be working with seasonal, local and regional ingredients, in a well-equipped kitchen – within a small boutique Hotel in Unawatuna, Galle that really understands the importance of getting food right. Work for owners that shares your passion for food.
