Winterquilts Group is a well-established organization with ISO accreditation for quality excellence and are manufacturers and exporters of high quality apparels for internationally renowned European and US retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Macy’s, C&A and ASDA.
We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and result oriented person for our factory located at Polonnaruwa.
Factory Coordinator / Merchandiser (For Polonnaruwa Plant)
– Should possess the ability to work independently and liaise and co-ordinate with Head office merchandising, stores, planning, imports/exports and sample room teams and to ensure fabrics, trim and accessories are in-house prior to commencement of production.
– Should be adaptable to head office requirements and demands and should possess the ability to deal with washing, embroidery plants etc.
– Ideal candidate should possess a good knowledge of the apparel Industry, an excellent knowledge in costing. He/ she should be dynamic and self motivated individual.
– Confident personality with a positive attitude and good communication and inter personal skills are vital.
– Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Merchandising in a recognized apparel industry is essential.
– Free weekly transport to Colombo and free accommodation will be provided to the selected candidate
