The Profile:
We are looking for a young professional in the Finance Industry with a proven track record to lead this rapidly growing Colombo Stock Market (CSM) quoted company.
The individual is expected to have the following qualifications and experience to lead the team :
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record in the Finance Industry.
• Should have hands on experience in credit management/funding and recoveries.
• Professional qualification in Credit Management, Accounting and Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Should have excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Good Knowledge in interpretation of MIS.
• Age below 45 years.
