HR Executive
The Job Role:
■ You are required to handle HR functions & day today Administration functions.
■ Ability to handle Labour related matters.
■ Ability to provide necessary HR reports on time.
■ Responsible for company welfare activities for the benefits of employees.
■ Establish & maintain a strong elation with operation teams & management.
The Person
■ The ideal candidate should hold a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized University / Institute.
■ Those who have Legal Background will be an added advantage.
■ Minimum of 02 years work experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
■ Be an independent & result oriented individual who has the ability to work as a team.
■ Computer literacy is essential.
■ Ability to work effectively and under pressure.
■ Outgoing and friendly personality with good communication skills of English & Sinhala.
■ You should be flexible, innovative & a people oriented person.
■ Age below 30 years.
